Felix Grözinger
Felix is a lawyer, partner and business mediator at Spectre. Before founding Spectre, Felix worked for various major international law firms, companies and a start-up. His areas of specialisation included corporate / M&A and real estate law. In addition, he has already gained experience in advising on AI topics in his previous activities.
Due to his work in start-ups, he knows the special needs of start-ups and the demands that start-ups place on their legal advisors. It is therefore particularly important to him to be directly accessible to his clients and to provide advice with concrete and pragmatic recommendations for action.
Thanks to his training as a business mediator, Felix has specialised knowledge in the field of out-of-court dispute resolution.
Alina Gulden-Augart
Alina is a lawyer and partner at Spectre. Before founding Spectre, Alina worked at various renowned international large and boutique law firms as well as at a leading global corporation in the areas of labour and contract law, intellectual property law and data protection law. In addition, she dealt with issues related to artificial intelligence, on which she gained practical consulting experience and published articles.
Alina's main areas of practice are employment and contract law, but she also provides expert advice on intellectual property law.
Entrepreneurs must regularly make decisions and find compromises that are promising and pragmatic, but sometimes also unpleasant. To ensure that the best possible decision is made, Alina provides focused, efficient and solution-oriented support with sound and clear recommendations for action.
Tobias Hock
Tobias is a solicitor and partner at Spectre. Before founding Spectre, Tobias worked for various commercial law firms, start-ups and companies in the energy and IT/data sectors. His consulting services focus on corporate/M&A, data protection, AI (artificial intelligence and machine learning) and commercial law.
Due to his work in various fields, Tobias is familiar with the specific requirements of founders, managing directors and investors. His advice is therefore extremely goal-oriented and practical.
His approach is characterised by his hands-on mentality, which is why he understands the specific needs of start-ups and companies particularly well and can interact in a variety of business environments.
